What is your return policy?

You may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping. We do not charge any handling fees. Exchanges can be made for in-stock merchandise. Please email us before returning an item so we can work out a resolution with you ahead of time to avoid potential delays. It is also recommended that you contact us with any issues you may have because often times problems can be resolved through some helpful tips.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders will ship from a warehouse located in East Sussex, United Kingdom. Orders ship the day after the order is placed and typically takes 1-3 days in transit within the UK (longer for international orders). If an order is placed on a Friday it will not ship until Monday since services are not available on weekends.
